Neighborhoods
The Lakehurst Homes community is comprised of two distinct neighborhoods and serves Active Duty military personnel stationed at JBMDL Lakehurst. Both neighborhoods are also open to other qualified applicants, as indicated below. We invite you to explore the Lakehurst Homes neighborhoods and learn more about the various home styles and features available in each area.
On-Base

The On-Base neighborhood features three-, four- and five-bedroom homes with exceptional features like central heating and air conditioning, garage and ceiling fans. In this neighborhood, residents are conveniently located close to the Exchange, post office and Lakehurst Naval Health Clinic, and enjoy a community pool, playground areas and tennis courts.

Pinehurst Estates

Pinehurst Estates (also known as South Village) offers two, three and four-bedroom townhouse, duplex and single family homes featuring central heating and air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen, ample closets and storage space, carport or garage, and patio. Pinehurst Estates is conveniently located close to the PX, Commissary, Shoppette, Fort Eustis Club, banks, post office and chapel. ADA homes are available in the three-bedroom model.
